MORTGAGEBOT RELEASE - Version 16.1 will be released in to production on 2/5 after 10:00 p.m. This update includes enhancements to fee screen performance, Calculating Cash to Close table, etc. Please review the Release Notes which can be found in the Resource Center.
FORM REVISION - The 4506-t form has been updated by the IRS. Applications dated March 1st and after will require the revised form. The revision date is 09/2015.
RD UPDATE - Illinois has received an exception allowing lenders to utilize 2 trade lines with a 12 month history to validate a credit score. Previously, three trade lines were required. This change is effective IMMEDIATELY!
REMINDER - Loans closed after January 1st, require the original recorded Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage be delivered to State Bank of Lincoln by mail.

CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCE FORM: Must include the following: Borrower name, Date of Change, Delivery Method, Reason for Change, Fees that changed and the amounts. You will find a Change of Circumstance template in the left navigation bar of MortgageBot.
COMPLIANCE TIP: If the date issued on the Closing Disclosure is less than 7 days prior to the closing date, the Closing Disclosure MUST be given in person and signed and dated by the borrower at least 3 days prior to the closing date.
